Walk In Your Purpose

What do you need to let of so you can have peace?

I often ask this question when I facilitate my coaching leadership classes. I will ask this question at the end of the workshop to put the focus back on the leader to make them self-aware of their roadblocks and triggers or whatever else is holding them back from showing up as their whole true authentic self everyday.


I pose the same question to you. What is holding you back from being who you are meant to be? What are you holding on to so tight that it is affecting your mental health, you inner peace, you sleep, your attitude towards life? Everything you carry, every emotion, every thought, comes out in your day to day activities. Most people can tell that something is wrong and they become stand offish. They are affected as well.


So what can you do today to forgive, to heal, move forward with closure, to let go, so that you can live a little longer and stop allowing your past circumstances to slowly kill you?


Pay attention to what is in your bag. The days you feel like life is not fair, your being buried and not planted or you feel stagnant in life, check your bag. What dead weight are you carrying that is keeping you from reaching your destination in life?
